SureDocs uses the third-party services listed below to provide the SureDocs Service. They are our sub-processors within the meaning of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Each one is engaged under its own data-processing terms, which together with the technical and organisational measures we apply on top form the protection of your data.
We publish this list so that brokers (our customers, the controllers of insured-party data) can keep track of who processes data on their behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement template commits us to give at least 30 days' written notice of any addition or replacement, and gives the broker the right to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.

We notify each broker's primary administrator of any change to this list, by email, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you want to add a different contact to those notifications, email peter.brownlow@suredocs.ie.
The marketing site at suredocs.ie uses Google Analytics for site-interaction telemetry only. That processing does not involve any data that brokers entrust to the SureDocs Service and is described in the privacy statement.
